ABOUT ME
I have been singing and performing in various ways for what seems like most of my life. After starting out as a church soloist and being obsessed with broadway while performing in my high school show choir, I went on to study classical singing at West Virginia University where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. I then became a board certified Music Therapist through the program at Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA and spent 5 years working as a hospice Music Therapist. Sharing time and music with folks all throughout the Shenandoah Valley gave me a new appreciation for classic country and bluegrass.
I've provided event music here and there for many years, and now have the itch to share my music and voice a bit more. My musical style is starting to feel more influenced by my West Virginia roots. With smooth and comforting vocals (so people say), I enjoy exploring music with a folksy - Americana feel.
